Giving at New City
Where we spend our time and our money shows where our true priorities are. Generous giving is not a duty, but our proper heart response to God's grace. Jesus, in the gospel, fully gave everything, even his life, so we could experience true riches and be freed from finding our identity and security in money and wealth. God's generosity begins to change and transform every part of our lives, including making us people who excel in the act of gracious giving (2 Corinthians 8:6-9). We use our resources to further God's kingdom and to be a part of serving our city and beyond.
Practically speaking, our church needs your financial support. As a church plant, we have people who have invested in us to get us started. Now we need to take responsibility and ownership of our church so that we have the ability to be both financially self-supporting and to become a church that is generous in investing in others.
