Intermission Small Groups
Intermission groups are the best place to connect at New City Church as they reconnect, refuel,
and renew people "inter-mission" (between mission). They are weekly community groups (7 to
12 people) that allow the formation of deeper relationships with one another while challenging
members to apply and live out the gospel. Humans image God in our relationships and the
gospel creates a beautiful community of people doing life together.
Intermission gatherings meet in various locations throughout the city. They are a great context to build relationships with others who are exploring and living out what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Relationships are facilitated through prayer, Bible study and discussion. Groups also find ways to serve the city together.
All groups are studying Gospel in Life: Grace Changes Everything. Come and explore what the gospel is and how to live it out in our hearts, in community, at work, in our city, and in the world. If you are currently in an Intermission group, print off the study guides below and take them with you to your meetings.
