Indeed, everything that is good and beautiful in the universe is so because it reflects the beauty of the Creator in some small way. The arts are essential to our well-being because they express our heart's deep-seated longing to connect with the Master Artist by whom & for whom we were created. Worship is the natural response of a heart that has encountered the awe-inspiring God of beauty. Indeed, worship and the arts go hand-in-hand because the arts allow us to express and respond to the greatness of God at a deep, emotional, and visceral level.
